Player fees cover equipment and court hire costs. 

Trial sessions are just $10 (cash) if you've never played pickleball before.

For everyone else, you can pay for a casual session or session passes:

Session passes last for a year, happy to extend due to illness/injury. Family members/friends can use the same session pass.

Press the "No" button from within the event (which is in Sessions).

Your RSVP colour will now be RED. If your RSVP colour is still green, then you didn't cancel your spot.

You must cancel by the cut-off time to avoid paying for the session, which is one hour before the session starts.

If you need to cancel within one hour of the session starting, please sms Jayne on 0417 950 474 so she knows to redo the match-ups with you removed.

You will be expected to pay for that session since somebody on the waiting list was unable to be allocated the spot you had taken.

To login:

  • Click on “Log In or Sign Up”.

  • Click on “Continue with Email” and follow the prompts to login to the account we created for you by entering your email address and making up your own password.

  • You will then be asked to press a “VERIFY BUTTON” which will be emailed to you. Once you've done that, you're able to return to Stack Team App and login to your account. 

Spots can be booked until one hour before the session starts. To book your spot, click on:

  • Sessions

  • then the day of the week

  • then Schedule

  • then click the title of the session, eg click "Tuesday 6pm High St Hall". (You can also click on the date of the event, which is to the left of the title.)

  • then the "Yes" button. If the "Yes Tick" has turned green, you have a spot. If the "Yes Tick" has turned orange, that means all spots have already been taken and you are on the "Waiting List" (so you are on standby to play in case someone pulls out by one hour before the session starts).

IMPORTANT: If you’re on the waiting list, you must make sure you refresh the app one hour before the start-time to check if you’ve been moved up to the player list due to a cancellation (your RSVP will change to green if this is the case). If you don’t want to be on standby to play, then cancel your booking on the waiting list. 

How to cancel your booking at least one hour before the session starts:

  • Click Sessions

  • then the day of the week 

  • then Schedule

  • then click the title of the session, eg click "Tuesday 6pm High St Hall". (You can also click on the date of the event, which is to the left of the title.)

  • then the No button. Your RSVP will turn red. 

By cancelling your booking at least one hour before the session starts, the first person on the waiting list will be allocated your spot, so you won’t have to pay. 

How to cancel your booking within one hour of the session starting:

If you need to cancel, please sms Jayne on 0417 950 474 so she knows to redo the match-ups with you removed. You will be expected to pay for that session since the cut-off would’ve passed for someone on the waiting list to be allocated the spot you had taken.

How to book for 2 people:

Each Stack Team App account can only RSVP for one player - you might like to be logged into one account on the app and one account on a browser to easily book for 2 people without logging in and out of 2 accounts. (Eg on Safari or Chrome, go to https://powerpickleball.teamapp.com/). Message Jayne on 0417 950 474 if you need a second account created.

High St Hall

47 Bussell Hwy (Cnr High St), West Busselton

We have 3 doubles courts and 1 skinny singles court indoors at High St Hall. Park along High St or the surrounding carparks and enter the hall via the front door on Bussell Hwy.

Vasse Tennis Courts

7 Kaloorup Rd, Vasse

We have 8 pickleball courts outside on the Vasse Tennis Courts. Park in the carpark and walk around the shed to get to the tennis court gate.

We provide paddles for you to use at our social sessions, but more players get addicted pretty quickly and want to buy their own paddle. Entry level paddles start at $50, and pro paddles cost upwards of $200. When you are ready to take your game to the next level and purchase a paddle of your own, we sell the largest range of paddles in Australia, and even let you try out the paddles to help you decide which one you like the best. Let Jayne know you'd like to demo the paddles - you just pay a $30 deposit to demo and it goes towards your paddle purchase.

We also sell everything else pickleball related: player shirts, hats, nets, balls, and more!

If our outdoor courts are too wet to play on, we will relocate indoors to High St Hall (if it is available)and will notify everyone via email and will update the event details on Stack Team App. If you do not want to relocate, please ensure that you change your RSVP to "No" so that the first person on the waiting list can take the spot you had reserved.

Each session starts with a 15-minute warm-up, followed by five 15-minute rounds of carefully organised match-ups that are skill-based play, where you will play with and against a variety of players of a similar skill level, organised by us. If you’ve listed someone as your friend on your registration form and they’ve also booked a spot, we will make sure you play some games together.  We start making the match-ups one hour before the session starts, so if within that hour something comes up and you can’t attend a session you’ve booked a spot for, please sms Jayne on 0417 950 474 ASAP so she knows to redo the match-ups with you removed. You will be expected to pay for that session since the cut-off would’ve passed for someone on the waiting list to be allocated the spot you had taken.

Bookings are required to ensure that nobody has to risk injury by getting cold sitting off and waiting around for a spot on court to become available. There are 28 spots available at our outdoor sessions, and 14 spots available at our indoor sessions.

Jayne

Jayne runs the sessions and handles everything behind-the-scenes, like creating the epic match-ups that make our social sessions so much fun, and selling you your own pickleball paddle when you're ready to take your game to the next level! Don't be alarmed if you hear her yell "foot-fault!!!!" - she is always watching.

Anthony

Anthony, otherwise known as "The Mantis" has the world record for the fastest net setup time: 4 minutes. A high school maths teacher in his time off the pickleball court, Anthony enjoys teaching new players how to play.

Baby Emi

Baby Emi already has two state titles to her name after helping her mummy claim victory from the womb in January 2022. Six months later she was born, and these days she enjoys watching pickleball from the sidelines and can’t wait until she is old enough to hit the court!
